Pricing may be affected by:

  • Service Category

Different trades have different project values, demand levels, acquisition costs, and qualification requirements.

  • Territory

Lead availability and acquisition economics vary by city, county, ZIP code, and service area.

  • Qualification Requirements

More specific project, timing, ownership, budget, or service requirements can affect available lead volume and cost.

  • Lead Availability

Some trade and territory combinations have consistent demand. Others have more limited or variable inventory.

  • Monthly Capacity

Your capacity tells Interkey how many billable opportunities your company is prepared to receive through each Active Service.

  • Booked Appointments

If you've upgraded to accept booked appointments, this is our premium tier and will increase lead pricing.

How Interkey Pricing Works

Know What You Are Paying Before Leads Begin.

1. Choose to receive Qualified Leads or Booked Appointments

Decide whether you want just our qualified lead service and you handle lead flow, or if you want us to book appointments directly to your calendar.

The services you provide, where you operate, and how many additional opportunities your team can realistically handle will help determine your choice.

We review lead availability and determine which services and territories can be offered.

2. Receive Your Pricing

Your proposal shows the commercial terms for each Active Service, including:

- Lead category

- Territory

- Fixed lead unit price

- Initial funding

- Monthly capacity

- Delivery destination

You know the applicable lead or booked appointment price before the service is activated.

3. Fund One Shared Lead Wallet™

Your Lead Wallet™ holds the funds used across all of your Active Services.

You do not need a different wallet or payment account for every trade.

4. Receive and Track Opportunities

When an eligible qualified homeowner opportunity or booked appointment is delivered, the price for the applicable Active Service is deducted from your Lead Wallet™.

Each transaction identifies the related lead, service, amount charged, and remaining wallet balance.

5. Review Leads and Submit Disputes

You can review delivered leads and submit a dispute when an opportunity does not meet the agreed qualification rules.

When a dispute is approved, the appropriate value is returned to your Lead Wallet™ as a credit.

What Counts as a Qualified Lead?

You should know exactly what you are paying for.

A qualified homeowner opportunity is an inquiry that meets the agreed validity requirements for the applicable Active Service.

The exact criteria may vary by service category and are documented before activation.

Qualified Leads Generally Include

  • A homeowner or decision-maker requesting service

  • A project related to the agreed trade or category

  • A valid phone number or form submission

  • A location inside the agreed service area

  • A real service need, not spam, solicitation, or a job seeker inquiry

Not Qualified

  • Spam

  • Vendors

  • Job seekers

  • Duplicate submissions

  • Wrong service category

  • Outside the agreed service area

  • Fake or unreachable contact information

  • Existing customers, when excluded by agreement

Lead quality rules are defined before your program begins so both sides know what counts, what does not, and how invalid leads are handled.

Why We Do Not Use One Flat Price

Flat pricing sounds simple.

It usually creates bad fits.

Every trade, market, and lead source is different. A high-value roofing opportunity in a competitive city is not priced the same as a small repair request in a lower-demand market.

Instead of forcing every contractor into the same package, Interkey prices around the actual demand source, market conditions, project value, and level of access.

This keeps the model fair, flexible, and aligned with the value of the opportunity.

Growth Services Pricing

Managed Growth Services Are Priced Separately.

Interkey also provides done-for-you services such as:

  • Google Ads

  • Meta Ads

  • Local Services Ads

  • Google Business Profile management

  • Local SEO

  • AIO and GEO

  • Website and landing-page development

  • Logo and brand design

  • Reputation and related growth services

Growth Services may use setup fees, project pricing, recurring management fees, or custom proposals depending on the work involved.

When a campaign or asset is owned or funded by your company, the resulting inquiries ordinarily belong to your company and flow directly into Jobbix or your approved CRM.

FAQs

Common Pricing Questions

How much do Interkey leads cost?

Lead pricing varies by trade, territory, project type, qualification requirements, and available lead supply.

The prices shown on this page are starting prices.

Before your service begins, Interkey will confirm the fixed price for each qualified homeowner opportunity delivered through your Active Service.

Once approved, that price is clearly shown in your proposal and account.

Do I have to pay a monthly retainer?

No monthly marketing retainer is required to purchase Interkey leads.

Instead, you fund your Lead Wallet and pay the fixed price associated with each qualified opportunity delivered through your Active Services.

Jobbix subscriptions and managed Growth Services are separate purchases and are not included in your lead price.

How does the Lead Wallet™ work?

Your Lead Wallet is a prepaid balance used across all of your Active Services.

When a qualified opportunity is delivered, the fixed price for that service is deducted from your wallet. Every charge is connected to a specific lead, service category, and transaction record.

One wallet can fund multiple services, even when each service has a different lead price.

Can I control how many opportunities I receive?

Yes, but the control works differently depending on the product.

For example, you could choose to receive up to 20 deck leads and 10 fencing leads during the same month. Your capacity can be adjusted independently for each service based on your staffing, schedule, and sales goals.

Once a service reaches its monthly capacity, additional leads are paused unless the capacity is increased.

Booked Appointment services are driven primarily by the availability on your approved calendar, so the number of appointments that can be scheduled depends on the time slots your team makes available.

What counts as a qualified lead?

A qualified lead is a genuine homeowner or authorized decision-maker requesting an approved service within your selected territory.

- Qualification rules may include:

- The requested trade or project type

- The homeowner’s location

- Valid contact information

- Required project details

- Duplicate-lead rules

- Any additional criteria listed in your agreement

The exact qualification requirements are confirmed before your Active Service begins.

What happens if a lead does not meet the qualification rules?

You can submit the lead for review through the Interkey platform within the applicable dispute period.

Interkey will review the lead information, delivery record, qualification criteria, and any supporting evidence. If the dispute is approved, the applicable amount is returned to your Lead Wallet as a credit.

The original lead charge and the resulting credit both remain visible in your transaction history.

Are Interkey leads exclusive?

Lead distribution can vary by trade, territory, available supply, and the terms of your Active Service.

Some opportunities or territories may be assigned to one contractor, while others may use open-market or backup-buyer distribution. Your proposal will clearly state the applicable territory and distribution terms before you begin.

Interkey does not label every lead “exclusive” merely because that word looks impressive in bold type.

How quickly will I start getting leads?

This all depends on the trade, area, and lead volume.

You can expect anywhere between 7-14 days to start receiving high quality leads.

What’s the difference between a Qualified Lead and a Booked Appointment?

A Qualified Lead is a homeowner opportunity that meets the agreed service, territory, and qualification requirements. Your team handles the follow-up and scheduling.

A Booked Appointment goes one step further. Interkey works to schedule the qualified homeowner directly onto your approved calendar, and you pay the appointment price after a valid appointment is confirmed.
